BELOW IS AN EXAMPLE OF WHAT HAPPENS WHEN ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS ARE NOT CORRECTLY MAINTAINED. This customer didn't have her wiring tested and inspected! The result was quite devastating! Luckily for her she was out when the fire started!

I must stress the importance of having regular Testing & Inspection of Electrical Installations! The Potential consequences don't bear thinking about!

The cost of New Consumer Unit from £200 having this done alone will enhance the safety of your Installation. However I do recommend that the Installation is Tested & Inspected prior to any major work being carried out!
